Directions for use
Begin by cleaning the tooth surface and preparing the composite material according to the instructions.
Hold the posterior tanner like a pen, with your index finger on the top of the instrument and your thumb on the bottom.
Gently place the instrument on the tooth surface and use it to smooth and shape the composite material.
Apply light pressure and work in small, circular motions to ensure an even distribution of the composite material.
Check the placement and shape of the composite material frequently and adjust as necessary.
Once the desired shape and position are achieved, use the posterior tanner to smooth and contour the edges of the composite material for a natural-looking finish.
Finally, cure the composite material with a curing light according to the manufacturer's instructions.
