Directions for use
Prepare for Sterilization: Ensure the autoclave is properly connected to a power source and water supply.Place the items to be sterilized in autoclave-friendly containers.
Load the Autoclave: Open the front door of the autoclave.Place the sterilization items on the trays inside, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Close the Door: Securely close the front door to ensure a tight seal.
Select Sterilization Cycle: Choose the single universal sterilization cycle at 121°C / 18 PSI on the digital display.
Initiate Sterilization: Start the cycle by pressing the appropriate buttons or using the single-touch operation feature.
Monitor Operation: Observe the digital display for information on timer, temperature, and sequence of operations.
Completion and Printing: After completion, the inbuilt printer will automatically print a receipt with cycle details. Retrieve and store this receipt for record-keeping and publicizing sterilization practices.
Post-Sterilization: Allow any post-sterilization vacuum cycles to complete before opening the autoclave.Ensure all safety protocols are followed during and after sterilization processes.
Wipe Spills: Immediately wipe up any spills inside the autoclave chamber after every cycle.
