Directions for use
Preparation: Ensure the autoclave is properly set up and connected to a power source.Check that the autoclave is clean and ready for use.
Loading Instruments: Place the instruments to be sterilized inside the autoclave, ensuring they are arranged properly for effective sterilization.
Setting Programs: Use the front control panel with touch-type key switches to select the appropriate program based on the type of instruments and sterilization requirements.Choose from multiple selectable programs at 134°C and 121°C as needed.
Starting the Cycle: Close the autoclave door securely. Initiate the sterilization cycle by pressing the start button.The autoclave will automatically perform pre-vacuum cycles, heating, sterilization, steam release, post-vacuum cycles, dry cycles, and more.
Monitoring: Monitor the digital display showing cycle parameters like temperature, pressure, and cycle time throughout the process.
Completion: Once the cycle is complete, wait for any necessary cooling or drying processes to finish.Open the autoclave door carefully after ensuring it is safe to do so.
Record Keeping: Utilize the inbuilt printer to print detailed cycle data after each cycle for record-keeping purposes.Ensure all necessary information like date, time, cycle details, and temperature are recorded for documentation.
