Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of Group Pharma Glodent Toothpaste onto a soft toothbrush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, ensuring all surfaces of your teeth and gums are cleaned.

Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water.
